I Am a Super Girl!: An Acorn Book (Princess Truly #1) (1)

Princess Truly: I Am a Super Girl! is the adorable story of a little girl who goes by the name of “Princess Truly”- she is a super girl who has superpowers that she uses for everything, alongside her super pug, Noodles. There are three chapters within the story, showcasing super things that Princess Truly does. After learning about Princess Truly in the first chapter, she then visits her friend to celebrate Kitty’s first birthday. Something happens to the birthday cake, but Princess Truly is there to help save the day. In the next chapter, we learn that something has happened to Kitty and Noodles! Princess Truly comes through again with some extra help from her friend to show that they are both Super Girls!
This “Princess Truly” book is part of a series, and they all look amazing for readers of all ages, but obviously geared towards the early readers. I had my five-year-old try to read some on her own – she did well but doesn’t have the vocabulary yet to master some of the “bigger” words in the story. Despite this, she still loved the story and thought it was exciting.
