There are dressings and sauces and toppings that will make your noodles transform into amazing dishes.
One recipe I can’t wait to try is Fomo, or French Onion Mac and Cheese. With onion, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and Gruyere, this simple yet different mac and cheese sounds mouth-watering. The full-color photographs are simple and show several of the dishes paired with wine, side dishes, and condiments. There are so many different ways to cook noodles and the authors expertly guide the reader through each method. The detail and care put into creating this cookbook are obvious. The recipes are varied and range from wontons and ramen to lasagna and pappardelle. Simply delicious!
